Every document creates the next one. Nobody types it twice.

Ordered, delivered, invoiced and pending quantities are tracked on every line. Authorised users can also start a document directly, such as a quotation without a lead, when configuration allows it.

Connected records

See every linked document, on the form and across the whole chain.

Open any document and the panel beside it lists only records that actually exist: where it came from and everything created from it, each with its DocType, ID and real status. Switch to the relationship map to see the exact field behind every link, trace a chain end to end and spot broken references.

Open a document

Sample records for this page. In the product, connections come from your DocTypes’ real Link fields and child tables, records you can’t access are left out of both the list and the counts, and the server checks access again when a record is opened.

Inward and outward matching engine

1-way, 2-way, 3-way and 4-way matching, configured per flow.

One rule engine matches documents item by item and quantity by quantity: the same item and UOM, and no more than was ordered, received or delivered, within your quantity tolerance. It handles partial receipts and deliveries, blocks duplicate bills and double posting, and sends every exception to an authorised approver. Pick a rule and a scenario to see the comparison, the decision and the audit trail.

Goods receipt and quality

Bad parts stop at the gate, not at your customer.

A GRN pulls the supplier, items, rates and open quantities from the purchase order. Received stock waits for inspection; only accepted quantity becomes usable, and rejected quantity stays traceable in quarantine.

Role-based dashboards

Each person opens to the numbers they’re responsible for.

Dashboards run on the same permission rules as everything else, so a branch manager’s totals only ever include their branch.
